Hello, my name is Jane Maureen Harris, and I am an expert project manager in the holistic healing industry, a nature & colour guide, and a facilitator.

I have been where you are today. I have worked in some lovely jobs and earned good money. I was very good at what I did. But …. There was always this nagging feeling that something was missing. There was a part of my core identity which was either being ignored or which was being ‘dummed down’ so that I fitted into my environment at that time. I worked in the corporate world, in a very male oriented environment. I felt that I could not show my feminine side too much for fear of not being respected for my talents or my skills because I was a female and therefore being judged on what I could achieve just because I was born female!! I felt that I was here to do something more than I was actually doing but I was also hugely aware that the path that I had taken during my life up to that point (my mid 40s) was exactly the path I was meant to take to get me to a point in my life where I was forced to change.

Forced is a strong word but forced I was. Back in 2011 I hit the proverbial brick wall in my working life. I was completely floored for 4 months. It was during these 4 months that I realised I needed to take control of my life again. I needed to do a very scary thing and step out of this environment now and stand in my own power. Did it happen overnight – this major change in me? NO. Was it smooth sailing? NO. Could I see the end result when I started out on this journey. Most definitely NO. Boy, am I glad that I did though.

Over the next 10 years I embarked on a journey of self-discovery. I started to invest in me and learn about myself more. I realised that what I wanted to do more than anything was to work with other women who also wanted to invest in themselves and embark on a journey of self-discovery. Women who wanted to be empowered. Women who would like the support and guidance with taking those next steps and women who may have already taken those steps towards their soul work, their soul business but found that all those organisational tasks (the boring bits) were a little overwhelming and that they didn’t know what to do first. This is where I wanted to be, this is what I wanted to do. This is what I can do for YOU.

I will support you by using my project management skills but also with a great understanding of the healing world. We will use the same tools which I used to navigate me through some challenging times along the way. These were found in the nature kingdom – flower essences, colour.  I will work with you on a 1-2-1 basis and our work will be done in a very safe and confidential space where you will feel you can just be yourself.
